The foundation of Pishgaman Kesht Paydar dates back to 1974, when Mohyeddin Hashemi established Hashemi Trading, focusing on agricultural opportunities in the fertile region of Gorgan and the surrounding plains. The company gradually expanded into diverse fields including forestry, beekeeping, honey production, livestock and poultry product distribution, oilseed trade, wheat and vegetable transactions, cotton purchase and processing, and a wide range of crop production activities.
With market transitions in the late 1990s and early 2000s, especially within the cotton industry, the second generation of management guided the company toward new strategic directions. This included entering the agricultural input market and investing in seed production. In 2007, the organization strengthened its structure with the official establishment of Pishgaman Kesht Paydar Company, integrating engineering-based distribution and sales processes.
A major milestone was reached in 2014 with the establishment of Parsian Farm, which enabled the group to expand its production capabilities and invest in new sectors, including cultural, sports, and food industries.
